Lawrence Fensterstock

Lawrence Fensterstock joined the Company in January 1999 and held the titles of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from the time of his hiring through March 2020 and June 2020, respectively. During his tenure, Mr. Fensterstock was instrumental in implementing the financial and operational frameworks that positioned the Company for sustained growth. He was closely involved in the Company’s January 1999 acquisition of the assets of the CreditRisk Monitor credit information service from Market Guide Inc.
He joined Market Guide Inc. in September 1996 to assist in the formation of its credit information services division. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Fensterstock served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Information Clearinghouse Incorporated and was closely involved in the development of its credit reporting service.
From 1989 through 1992, Mr. Fensterstock served as Vice President-Controller, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for a private entity formed to acquire Litton Industries’ office products operations in a leveraged buyout. From 1984 to 1989, he served as Vice President of Security Capital Corporation, where he managed the internal audit and quality control functions of the financial services holding company.
Mr. Fensterstock is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career in 1973 with Arthur Andersen LLP. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Queens College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
