Charles Wang joined the Company in May 2010 with the primary objective of establishing and overseeing offshore partnership initiatives. In 2021, Mr. Wang was promoted to his current position. In his role, he is responsible for the management of our offshore partners, ensuring that time-sensitive assignments are distributed and completed on schedule.

In his previous career Mr. Wang served as the Associate Director of IT at the New York State Supreme Court, and held the position of Deputy Chief Engineer at the China Information Corporation of the State Information Center. His expertise also includes participating in the planning of China’s Economic Information System for the State Government and serving as a United Nations visiting scholar. In addition, he has served in pivotal advisory and consulting roles for various organizations, governments and universities operating within the global services sector.

Mr. Wang’s contributions have been recognized by prestigious organizations, including the United Nations, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Outsourcing Institute of the United States, where he served as Chairman of China Affairs, and the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. A passionate advocate for the outsourcing industry, Mr. Wang’s visionary leadership led to the creation of China’s first China-U.S. Outsourcing Summit, an event supported by numerous government ministries and commissions.

Mr. Wang’s educational background includes a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Computer Science from the City University of New York, and a B.S. in Management Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
