Scheduled Hours of Availability

All times indicated below are for the Eastern Time Zone (New York, USA).

1. CreditRiskMonitor^® service is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except as otherwise indicated.
2. The six-hour period from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. each Sunday is reserved for routine scheduled maintenance. During these hours the service is usually available, but downtime may occur without prior notice.
3. If it becomes necessary to schedule an interruption to the online service at other times, CreditRiskMonitor^® will notify clients at least 48 hours in advance by email.
4. Telephone support is available during office hours, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
5. CreditRiskMonitor^® closes its offices or may reduce office hours for certain holidays, and occasionally in case of dangerous weather conditions.

Note: Unscheduled unavailability of the online service during the past 36 months has been 528 minutes (available 99.97% of scheduled uptime).
