Scheduled Hours of Availability
All times indicated below are for the Eastern Time Zone (New York, USA).
- CreditRiskMonitor® service is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except as otherwise indicated.
- The six-hour period from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. each Sunday is reserved for routine scheduled maintenance. During these hours the service is usually available, but downtime may occur without prior notice.
- If it becomes necessary to schedule an interruption to the online service at other times, CreditRiskMonitor® will notify clients at least 48 hours in advance by email.
- Telephone support is available during office hours, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- CreditRiskMonitor® closes its offices or may reduce office hours for certain holidays, and occasionally in case of dangerous weather conditions.
Note: Unscheduled unavailability of the online service during the past 36 months has been 528 minutes (available 99.97% of scheduled uptime).
